Who is Olivia Attwood? Former Love Islander and I’m A Celebrity 2022 contestant

The 31-year-old shared her interest in joining the jungle last year with RadioTimes.com and recently explained that she’s not as “demanding” as people might think.

“One of the things that will be nice will be showing me another side,” she said before entering the camp. “I think people think I’m high-maintenance and I’m going to struggle without makeup or nails, but I’m not that bothered and I think that might surprise people. I’m happy to get involved.

The reality TV star will join a host of stars, including Royal Family member Mike Tindall and MP Matt Hancock, as well as English lioness Jill Scott and broadcaster Chris Moyles.

But who is Olivia Attwood?

Who is Olivia Attwood?

Olivia Attwood is a reality TV personality and presenter best known for appearing on the 2017 season of Love Island, coming in third place with her then-boyfriend Chris Hughes.

They then starred in their own reality show, Chris & Olivia: Crackin’ On, before going their separate ways in 2018. She has also starred in Celebs Go Dating and ITV’s The Games.

Prior to Love Island, Attwood was a model and motorsport grid girl.

More recently, the Londoner launched her own reality TV series titled Olivia Meets Her Match, which followed her life right up to her engagement.

This year she released the docuseries Getting Filthy Rich, which navigated the world of adult content covering topics such as OnlyFans and camgirls.

Attwood is engaged to footballer Bradley Dack. The couple got engaged in 2019 during a trip to Dubai, but had to postpone their wedding due to Covid-19.

The couple have not had an easy relationship and have broken up several times – most recently in April, when Attwood confirmed their split on Instagram, only to reconnect with the footballer two days later.

She told ITV: “Being part of I’m A Celebrity hasn’t been understood yet and when I got the call to take part I didn’t really believe it! It was surreal because taking part in the jungle is the absolute pinnacle,” she said.

“It’s the creme de la creme of all the shows and obviously I didn’t have to think about it. I said yes immediately.

On how she hopes to be perceived on the show, Attwood said, “It will also be good to have digital detox. I do a lot of social media and I spend a lot of time on my phone. My phone is stressing me out. We are all prisoners of our phones and so it will be so nice to have that time in life where you are digitally disconnected for three weeks.

“It’s going to be great to be completely immersed in the jungle environment and I can’t wait to see what I can do.”

I Am A Celebrity airs on ITV on Sunday, November 7 at 9 p.m.
